Reading Awards and Clubs
Grades 1-3
These books are read to the students during library class.
Voting takes place the beginning of March.
Title List and 2022-2023 Winner
Grades 4-6
Students will need to read and pass quizzes on at least 4 of the books to attend the voting party at the end of February.
Students must read and pass quizzes on all 12 books by the the end of April to become a Mark Twain Master.
Preschool-Kindergarten
These books are read to students during library class.
Voting takes place at the beginning of January.
STEAM Club
The STEAM Club is offered in two five week sessions. The first session is for second grade students and begins in the middle of November. The second session is for first grade students and starts in the beginning of January.
Battle of the Books
The Battle of the Books is a trivia competition with questions focusing on the current year's Mark Twain Nominees. The students compete in teams against teachers, as well as students at other Wentzville elementary schools.
