Our first book fair of the school year is coming soon!
We will be open for families to shop during conferences Wednesday, October 28th from 4:30-8:00 PM and Thursday, October 29th from 10:00AM-8:00PM
After fall break the book fair will be open during regular school hours November 4th-10th.
Students will shop during their normal library time.
The book fair accepts cash, ewallet, credit card, Apple Pay and check (made out to Heritage Elementary).

Read Across America Week
Read Across America Week
Our themed Read Across America Week will be the first week of March 2022. Students are invited to dress up according to the themes that will be provided closer to the date.
Participation is a fun and easy way for kids to earn free books. They simply read a designated number of books – library books, books borrowed from friends or books bought at Barnes & Noble – write about their favorite part in our Reading Journal, and bring a completed Reading Journal to a Barnes & Noble bookstore. Children then choose their free book from the books listed on the Reading Journal and collect their free book from a store near them during July and August.
The public library has an amazing summer reading program that is available to all ages. Children, and adults can do the activities on the game board and get awesome prizes from the public library.
