We have three book fairs each year. Our first is October 21st through 30th and will be open during Parent Teacher conferences. The fair will also be opened during the Tales and Treats event on Friday, October 18th.
The PTA will host a book fair February 10th through 14th. The final fair is a Buy One Get One Free sale that is May 9th-16th.
Family members can also add money to an ewallet for their student to shop.
The book fair accepts cash, ewallet, credit card and check (made out to Heritage Elementary).
Don't forget to set up your student's eWallet account for cashless, stress-less shopping. Friends and family can even contribute funds! Set one up here: https://www.scholastic.com/bf/heritageprimaryschool.

Our themed Read Across America Week will be the first week of March 2022. Students are invited to dress up according to the themes that will be provided closer to the date.
The public library has an amazing summer reading program that is available to all ages. Children, and adults can do the activities on the game board and get awesome prizes from the public library.
Participation is a fun and easy way for kids to earn free books. They simply read a designated number of books – library books, books borrowed from friends or books bought at Barnes & Noble – write about their favorite part in our Reading Journal, and bring a completed Reading Journal to a Barnes & Noble bookstore. Children then choose their free book from the books listed on the Reading Journal and collect their free book from a store near them during July and August.
