Physical Therapy

"Every student deserves the ability to succeed in the classroom and beyond.

School based physical therapy focuses on educational goals from the student's individualized education program (IEP) to improve access, safety, and independence within the school environment.

Meet the therapists!

Miss Kaitlyn

Hello! My name is Ms. Kaitlyn, and I am a physical therapist. I was born and raised in the St. Louis area, and went to University of Missouri-Columbia for my undergraduate and graduate degree. I have worked as a physical therapist in the school setting since 2017, and have been in Wentzville School District for 3 years.  Watching kiddos gain skills and confidence everyday is one of my favorite parts about working at Barfield. When I'm not at work, I'm usually spending time with my husband and one year old daughter. I love being outdoors, traveling, and crafting.

Miss Moira

Hi! My name is Ms. Moira and I am a Physical Therapist Assistant. I've been working in Wentzville School District for 5 years. I love working in the early childhood setting and helping all of the kiddos grow and learn every day! When I'm not working with our students, I love to read, spend time with friends and family, cook, travel, and stay active.
