Parent Volunteer Committees
This committee will be responsible for preparing and sizing uniforms for the competition season and the cleaning of uniforms after the season. Hemming and small repairs as needed.
This committee is responsible for any building/painting of any props the band needs for the season. All props need to be finished before September.
This committee needs to have AT LEAST 1 parent from each section (brass, colorguard, percussion, woodwind). The committee will be responsible for coordinating volunteers and meals during band camp (Aug. 4-8) and all competitions.
This committee will be responsible for finding, contacting, and securing sponsor donations.
*A form letter is already created to assist with contacting sponsors*
This committee will be responsible for helping plan and execute events like the state send off, senior recognition, junior high show, and the end year banquet.
Trailer drivers will use their personal vehicle to help transport the band trailers (3-4 total) to each competition and show.
Drivers must have a vehicle capable of pulling a fully loaded 24 ft. trailer and feel comfortable driving and backing a trailer.
