Pocketalker 2 and Pocketalker Ultra are personal amplifiers that use built-in or external (wired) microphones to amplify the speaker's voice through earbuds, headphones. A separate neckloop is available to make them T-coil compatible for hearing aid users.

Where applicable, use built-in captioning/transcription features in apps such as: Google Meet, YouTube, Zoom, etc.
Turn on captions/subtitles when showing videos/movies in the classroom.
Where applicable and available, provide student with transcript from the media.
If student uses sign language (ASL), would likely need to secure an ASL interpreter.
Use a real-time captioning service to have text/captions appear onscreen for the Deaf/HOH student.
