GRADES K - 2

     Students will work on Fitness concepts (using Jump Ropes, Agility Ladders, TRX and Sandbells), finish up Bowling skill work & complete work on Manipulative skills with hands using 8.5 inch playground balls and Ribbon Wands

  

GRADES 3 - 4

     They will begin Fitness work (using Jump Ropes, Agility Ladders, TRX and Sandbells) as well as learning Fitness Principles.   They will also work on skills using Long Handled Implements (polo sticks). 

     After completing the Fitnessgram fitness challenges, they will set one S.M.A.R.T. Fitness goal.  They will use information learned in class to use PE fitness equipment for workouts in December 2023.
