GoZen (Grade 3 - 5)

GoZen! is an online SEL website that contains a series of programs that are broken into modules. The first program is called GoZen and looks specifically at anxiety.

Each program is run much like a TV show, with a series of videos. When we go through the program, we:

Watch each video in the program and read the text below each one.
Complete the GoPractice! interactive scenarios and printable worksheets at the end of each module.
Choose your own pace for the program.
Complete activities and discussions along the way!

GoZen! provides 5 unique, life-enhancing programs taught via animated videos. Kids watch engaging, entertaining cartoons to learn skills of resilience and well-being. Imaginative games, workbooks and quizzes enrich their experience.

GoPositive - Negative Thought Relief
GoAction - Procrastination Relief

Some additional programs created by GoZen but not facilitated by the WST include GoHackify (OCD Relief) and GoWave (Panic Attack Relief).
