Please specify wood, gas, pellet, or dryer vent. If you are having issues with your unit let us know before the day of the appointment.
Send pictures of the unit, as well as pictures of the exterior (vent location, roof line), and model and serial number if you have it.
Do not use your fireplace the day of your appointment.
We will confirm your appointment with you once we have processed your information!
We cannot guarantee you will receive the day you selected so please send us a backup date and time that may work for you with your booking request.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept all major credit cards but there is a 4% credit card processing fee associated with all credit card payments.
To avoid processing fees you can mail or give the technician a check at the time of service.
Payment is due after the service is completed. An invoice will be emailed to you the morning of your appointment, however that will not include any extra parts that may be installed at the time of service (ex. gasket, firebrick, chimney cap). These items will not be installed without your approval. We attempt to carry as much on the service trucks as possible but if we do not have what you need an estimate will be sent to you after the appointment. If only an inspection was needed then we will adjust the invoice accordingly and resend after the appointment.
If any major repairs are needed please allow for 5-7 business days for an estimate to be made after the appointment. If you have immediate concerns please let us know.
