‘Be kind to your mind’

It is incredibly important to be kind to your mind, and to take care of your mental health. Twice weekly you can take time out from studying and focus on improving your happiness. The activity will encourage you to pay more attention to the present moment, to your own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around you. Professor Williams former director of the Oxford Mindfulness Centre says ‘Mindfulness also allows us to become more aware of the stream of thoughts and feelings that we experience."
