Asynchronous Course (email jessica@worldtreeglobal.com to get registered)
Boarding schools everywhere recruit and enroll international students, primarily as a lucrative income stream. However, their presence and contributions to school campuses stretches far beyond monetary value. In this online course, you will learn the current research about international student wellbeing and belonging and be provided with a series of strategies for success, including recent case studies and data. Participants will also be given the tools to conduct assessments of their own international student populations to better provide specific support for their students’ needs. There will be opportunities to collaborate, ask, and answer questions with the participants via discussion board.
This course will begin on September 8th and run asynchronously. Full participation in the course (including recommended reading, participation in forums) will take about 8-10 hours. Format: Google Classroom.
Cost: $200.00
