Interfaith Dialogue and Peacebuilding Training for Global Educators
An experiential travel program for educators, Summer 2026
World Tree Global and The Rose Castle Foundation proudly offer a transformative program designed to equip educators with the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to foster interfaith understanding and peacebuilding among their students. Through our Emerging Peacemakers Program: Educators Training, educators will learn the proven methodology of peacebuilding and reconciliation, guided by expert facilitators in the inspiring setting of Rose Castle in the UK’s Lake District.
This program is rooted in the belief that travel and immersive experiences can be catalysts for deep understanding and positive change. Participants will develop practical approaches to train students as bridge builders—confident in navigating social, religious, and cultural divides. Our curriculum emphasizes respectful engagement with diverse faiths and traditions, encouraging educators and students alike to bring their whole selves into the process.
During the program, educators will explore conflict resolution, forgiveness, and dialogue frameworks, gaining skills to lead their own peacebuilding initiatives and to prepare students for a lifetime of leadership through change and reconciliation. Spending time together in community in the inspiring historical setting of Rose Castle, itself the site of centuries of border conflicts, nurtures participants’ capacity to turn disagreement into dialogue and division into unity—empowering the next generation to lead with empathy, integrity, and hope.
