Requirements FRONT DESK: 

• Experience in front office operations (1 year minimum) 

• Candidates should aspire to pursue a career in hospitality, particularly in front office roles

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues

• Professionals should exhibit appropriate body language for a front-facing position, including a warm smile, confidence, and good manners (warm, present, and natural)

• Ability to multitask

• Calm in stressful situations

• Team oriented

• Great phone and radio etiquette

• Has skied/snowboarded or been to a ski resort/hotel.- Just a plus- Not absolutely required

• Driven by excellence, proactive, and eager to learn and excel in their role

• Curious, open-minded, and continuously seeking to learn and share new ideas.

• Team Members accrue 10 days per year PTO and 5 days per year sick and safe time. 

• We also have a wellness reimbursement program that reimburses the team member up to $900 per year for a ski pass or gym membership.
