Deposit amount $300 due upon arrival, can be paid in cash.
Deposit is refundable upto $200. $100 is kept by the resort as a turnover fee.
Dormitory style, 3 occupants per room with shared bathrooms.
Dorm style, bunk beds in rooms. Private baths and mini fridges in rooms, shared common kitchen, laundry and living room. Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils. Only one set of linens, pillow and towel provided.

Utilities Included: Electricity, water, sewer, and trash service
Deposit: $300 (paid by credit card before arrival) — refundable if the unit is left in good condition
Furnishings: 2 queen, full, or twin beds; 2 dressers; linens; TV; and Wi-Fi
Kitchen Access: Shared common kitchens with appliances and utensils, each participant receives 1 set of dishware. Appliances include refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, and microwave. Lastly, Hillside Inn units feature a small kitchenette in each unit with a mini fridge, microwave, hot plate, sink, and storage area.
