Establish training and/or employment opportunities for students. Requires the development of training plans with the work site supervisor.
WAI staff develops training sites in the community or connect students with other placement opportunities. The typical placement process involves contacting employers, developing training plans, securing a training agreement, arranging schedules, and scheduling the student interview and/or orientation.
