WCS teachers and staff take their roles as educators seriously and are committed to the development of each young person entrusted to the care of WCS. Academically, they will focus on guiding students to become effective communicators, lifelong critical-thinkers, and quality producers. Socially, they will encourage students to contribute positively to their community. Spiritually, their desire is that each student be characterized as a person of faith, having accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior, and striving each day to become more like Him.
