To order your Woodford County High School transcript to be sent to a college/university for Admission, you will order through Parchment by clicking the image above.
Make sure your Parchment account is using your personal email not your school email. School emails will be inactive July 31, 2026.
Make sure to hit "send now" to colleges until the end of school.
For students who have taken Dual Credit classes from one of our university partners while at WCHS, you will need to order your transcripts from those participating universities through the National Student Clearinghouse by clicking the image above - just search for the school and enter your SSN.
Expect a small service fee. Remember, if you have any outstanding fees, colleges will not release your transcript. Remember that all financial obligations must be met before transcripts can be ordered.
