Reading for wellbeing

Guidance from the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) suggests that self-help books, like those below, can help with understanding and managing some mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression and books are now being 'prescribed' on the NHS. Reading to help with mental health is a promising developing field and coupled with advice has been termed bibliotherapy.
