Presenting to an audience

Presenting to an audience can be a nerve- wracking experience but it is one of the major ways that we communicate our ideas to others at school, university, and in the workplace.  

The good thing to realise is that these skills can be learned and that even if we consider ourselves shy we can all with effective preparation deliver excellent presentations.
