PLUS stands for Purpose, Location, Use, and Self-reflection and is a useful hyperlinked model for helping you scaffold the process of using information to meet objectives and build knowledge. 

At its core is self-reflection, thinking about the success, or otherwise, of information used to meet defined needs.
