The Wellbeing Advice service offers 1:1 private sessions, for students to get practical advice and guidance on how to manage their wellbeing and mental health. This can be face to face, by phone or video call.
You can meet with one of the Wellbeing Advisors for up to 5 sessions, depending on what you feel would benefit you most.
Sessions take place across campuses or remotely.
Any student 16 or older at West London College.

Group workshops are for students and will be run throughout the year on a variety of topics such as:
How to manage stress and exams
Mental Health Awareness
Food, Mood and Sleep
Confidence and self-esteem
Workshops are often run in tutorials. Tutors and students are welcome to contact the Wellbeing Advisors on wellbeingadvice@wlc.ac.uk to suggest a workshop in their tutorial, a specific workshop topic etc.
