Supplies for Scharf, Miller, Robertson & Johnson

This is all you need for all three core teachers. Please keep all extra supplies at home (or in your locker) and replenish when needed.

I hope you had a wonderful and peaceful summer. At Beach Street, we are dedicated to providing a calm, enjoyable, and supportive atmosphere. The upcoming school year may present new challenges, but I am confident that together we can create remarkable learning opportunities. Maintaining a positive outlook will be beneficial for everyone.

When purchasing supplies, please adhere to the provided list. There are several filtered water bottle stations located throughout the building. A small, reusable (no straws), and sealable water bottle that is clearly labeled is ideal for the school day. (NO LARGE STANLEYS)

General 6th Grade Supplies:

• Fabric pencil case, labeled with your name 

• #2 pencils, sharpened (you need at least 3 in your pencil case, sharpened and ready to go at all times)

• Eraserable pens (in pencil case)

• Colored Pencils (12) (in pencil case)

• Dual-tip black Sharpie (in pencil case)

• Pencil sharpener with receptacle (in pencil case)

• Laminated folders  (2) Please, put their full name on them. 

• 2 boxes of tissues

• Earbuds You will use these often, so keep them in your pencil case. Also, have a spare ready to go.

• Marble notebook (2), one for Math and one for ELA. Please label with your full name.

• Highlighter (in pencil case)

• Post-It Notes 

No binders are needed for our classes! Please do not purchase one to be used in our class.  Place your supplies in the fabric pencil case (Do not overload...you can always replenish at home).  Agendas are provided by the school.

IMPORTANT: 

This is a TEAM procedure.  This is all you need for Math, Science, Social Studies, and ELA.
