Our client, Stephanie Popescu from Grassroots Neighbors, highlighted the three barriers above as some of the most challenging obstacles low-income households/food insecure people have to face. Therefore, we decided to take these problems into much consideration when formulating our solution and prototype.

Our Product
Organic, healthy fruit/veggie leather strips stored in air-tight containers! These bars have a long shelf life so you don't have to worry about storing them in a particular way. The fruit leathers are dehydrated for at least 7 hours and no artificial sugar is added to maintain the intended amount of nutrients coming from the strips.
