Solution

Our solution is a necklace with a camera on it that records what is going on in front of you  so you have evidence if you ever need it. It also livestreams to your emergancy contacts so they can help you and give you advice. This solution is not already existent even though you might think it is.  A few solutions that are existent are: Not your Baby (app), Gaurd my Angel (app), and Thugbusters (flashlight stun gun).  Our ideal clients are people who struggle with feeling safe on public transportation. Our budget is around 80-90 U.S dollars. We want this solution to help you! 

The way we collected data was a bit simple, but complicated at the same time. For the data collection, after showing, and explaining our product to people, we decided to ask them a simple question. On a scale of 1-10, how safe they would feel before and after using our product on public transportation. It gets a little complicated though, as some people may have a different feeling of what is safe, and what is not. This is why, on our scale, 1 is you feel like you are at a stage where something really bad is going to happen to you, and you have nothing to do about it, and 10 feeling like you can sit, stand, and practically do anything you would do on public transportation while feeling like you have your own personal bodyguard on you. When we collected our data, we found a significant increase on the scale, before,and after people will use our product. Our data shows that Sam felt like a 2, and then a 8. Sarah felt like a 4, and then a 9. Finally our client Robin felt like a 4, and then a 9.5 after using our product. Because of this, it shows that our product was very successful, and something that everyone around the world should have.
