If you are having an issue that is not an immediate need (preventing you from teaching or learning), please submit a work ticket through the link below (staff only). A link to the work ticket is also available in your Wilson County Schools Backpack. Students may reach out to their teacher or media specialist at the school level for device repairs and support.
Staff and high school students are able to reset their password through the link on the main Wilson County Schools Backpack sign-in page. For other password resets, please submit a work ticket or call the Technology Help Line.
Teachers are able to support password resets for the students they teach. For staff, please reach out to your data manager.
To request a status change in websites, applications, or extensions, please complete a work ticket. Requests for changes can also be brought to your school's MTAC chairperson (usually this is a media specialist) or administrator.
All purchases and requests for purchases should come from administrators and must be approved by the Wilson County Schools Technology Department. Please contact Heather Pennica for more information.
