Welcome to the 5th grade at New Hope Elementary. We have a busy and very exciting year ahead of us. First, let me introduce myself. My name is Drew Bulluck. I am in my 22nd year of teaching and I love it as much as I did when I first started. I graduated from East Carolina University with a BA in Psychology and a Masters of Arts in Teaching.

I look forward to getting to know you and your child. I realize that teaching your child is a privilege, as well as a tremendous responsibility. I promise that I will do my best to ensure that each student has a motivating and safe learning experience in this classroom. As you can imagine, I can’t do this alone. I need your help! The key to your child’s success this year will be dependent upon both of us partnering together in the learning experience of your child. I need for each of you to encourage your child at home to complete all assignments and help them study for quizzes and tests, if necessary. With your help, I am confident we are going to have a great year!
