Bus Service

Music bus service for AM rehearsals is provided at no additional charge for any student with a current bus pass. 

The early morning music bus services primarily WJHS band and orchestra students who take the bus to their morning rehearsal classes 5 days a week. District 39 runs 3 buses that begin as early as 6:50 AM in the various school areas and bring students to the WJHS at 7:20 AM. The HMS students then take a shuttle bus from WJHS to HMS where they will wait for AM rehearsals to begin. Unfortunately, District 39 cannot run a separate set of buses for the HMS music students as all the buses are on their regular morning routes at that time.
