Since I was little, I have been drawn to the natural world. My curiosity comes alive outside. I wanted my hands in the dirt, my shoes off, feeling grass between my toes. That early love of being outdoors shaped the first decade of my career, where I worked to connect youth to the natural world through farming and gardening. In those spaces, I witnessed something powerful. When we gathered outside, something softened. There was an openness, an aliveness, and a deeper sense of connection to ourselves, to one another, and to the earth.
The Rewilding Collective grew from a quiet but persistent longing to create that same kind of space for therapists, healers, and caregivers. A place where you can be held, nourished, and reconnected to what sustains you. I see nature as a co facilitator in this work, inviting us into presence, reciprocity, and renewal. In addition to my clinical training as a therapist, I have completed specialized training in Somatic Nature Therapy, Ecotherapy, and climate aware facilitation, including Collaborations with the Natural World and Climate Cafe facilitation training. I am currently completing a six-month training in The Work That Reconnects to deepen my facilitation and anchor this offering in thoughtful, experiential practice. These experiences have strengthened my capacity to hold trauma-informed, relational, and resilience-grounded spaces. I have also participated in this work myself, allowing it to shape me from the inside out.
Outside of my professional work, you can find me birding, biking, or exploring outdoors with my family, continuing to be shaped and steadied by the wild places I love.
