HOW TO OVERCOME YOUR TIK TOK ADDICTION

By Ally Wieser - October 31, 2019

Do you find yourself spending all day on Tik Tok?

Do you not do your homework because of Tik Tok? Well, lucky for you, I have some helpful tips to nip your addiction.

  • Have someone set up a screen time password that you don't know. This will help you spend less time on Tik Tok. I suggest setting the time limit for one to two hours.

  • Put your phone in a different room when you work on your homework. To get on Tik Tok, you would have to get out of your seat, which you probably won’t want to do.

  • To not spend your entire night on Tik Tok, put your phone in an area of your house that you are not likely to go into until the morning. You can even put it in your backpack because let’s be real, you have no desire to get things out of your bag.

HALLWAY ETIQUETTE

By Brooklynn Brothers and Tessa Miller - October 31, 2019

  1. Walk on the right side of the hallway at all times.

  2. Do not stop walking while in the hallway, especially in the middle of the hall.

  3. Do not take up the whole hallway, walk in lines of two people only.

  4. Talk with an inside voice, especially while classes are in session.

  5. Use caution while turning corners.

  6. Be courteous of other hallway users and walk with a purpose.

  7. Use caution when passing classroom doors, watching out for people leaving rooms.

  8. Leave a reasonable distance between you and the person in front of you.

  9. No running or pushing in the hallways.

  10. Limit PDA (if your mom doesn’t want to see it, we don’t want to see it.)
