Chaplains’ role at Williams The Chaplains’ role at Williams is to encourage growth in the spiritual and moral dimensions of human wholeness alongside the College’s attention to growth in the intellectual, physical, emotional, and psychological dimensions of person-hood. The Chaplains are available to serve all students, faculty, staff, and the broader Williams community—inclusive of those with faith, those who claim no faith, and all who seek deeper meaning in life.
The Davis Center supports students from historically underrepresented and underserved groups, and fosters campus engagement with the complex and intersecting issues of identity, history, and cultures as they affect intellectual, creative, and social life on campus and beyond. The Davis Center (DC) team includes staff members and students who serve as Community Engagement Fellows, as well as twenty-three student affinity groups supported by the DC.
The Office of Institutional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (OIDEI) at Williams College dedicates itself to a community where all members can thrive. We work to eliminate harmful bias and discrimination, close opportunity gaps, and advance critical conversations and initiatives that promote inclusion, equity, and social justice on campus and beyond.
The Zilkha Center aims to be a leader and catalyst for minimizing the environmental footprint of Williams College in ways that go beyond incremental improvements. It serves as a model, knowledge hub, and testing ground for sustainability practices and learning that embody the principles of environmental justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
We host a number of ways for students to get involved, from internships, to Winter Blitz, to volunteering in the garden, and more!
The Office of College Relations is home to several departments including the '68 Center for Career Exploration, Alumni Relations, and the Alumni Fund. We work to engage our 30,000+ alumni across the world and with several thousand alumni volunteers who give back as Class Officers, Network Leaders, Class Agents, and more. We are ready to help students get connected with alumni and prepare them for a lifetime of being a part of the Society of Alumni!
