I've entering my 25th year year teaching art. I am a mother of two girls, and have been married to my high school sweetheart for 24 years. As an artist and veteran teacher, I love the way art provides students with a positive outlet and helps them develop their problem-solving skills and creativity. Regardless of their art ability, I believe these are skills that will give my students an advantage on any career path they choose. The ability to communicate in different ways and see their world from different perspectives is a priceless asset in today's world.
