Classes Offered:
This year we will be offering an Introduction to Entrepreneurship Class aka Kid Co. This class will explore the basics of entrepreneurship, business, and finance by showing children how the entrepreneurial cycle operates in the friendship bracelet industry. They will also manage the Spartan Store and embark on a stock market simulation. We continue to offer Video Production courses for 7th and 8th-grade students. We offer Introduction to Graphics for 7th-grade students and Introduction to Animation for 8th-grade students.
Hiki No:
The Wheeler Media After School Video Program successfully participated in the Nation’s First State Wide Student News Program called Hiki No broadcasted on PBS Hawaii. Check it out at http://www.pbshawaii.org/hikino/
Morning Broadcast:
The NMC1 Homeroom a.k.a The Media Monsters will continue to create the Morning Broadcast to communicate the daily school news to students and staff.
