6. Library & Community Centre

Welcome to our WHC Library and Community Centre. We share usage of this space with the Geelong Regional Library and a range of local community programs. 

• Students use the library daily for classes and are also available to access it during lunchtime.

• At lunchtime we offer a range of programs including chess club, writing competitions and book week activities. 

• The IT office is also located in the building, just outside of the library.

• The canteen is also part of the orange building and can be accessed daily at recess and lunchtime. We also have an easy app system ‘flexischools’ where students or guardians can order food online.

• Our pathway/careers team is located just around the corner from the library, along the hallway. They work with our students to ensure they are set up for success once they finish at WHC. 

• We offer multiple VET subjects on side, including Cert II in Community Studies, Cert III in Sport and Recreation, Cert II in Outdoor Recreation and School Based Apprenticeships in Horticulture.
