Science Research Program

Welcome to the Westhampton Beach Science Research Program.   This program facilitates student investigation into a topic of their choice.  Students will research their topic, write a proposal, collect data, analyze their data, maintain a Science Research portfolio and communicate their results with the community at our annual Science Resarch Symposium (Save the date!  June 18, 2024).    Researchers have the opportunity to participate in programming and do research at Brookhaven National Lab (if they choose, and fulfill requirements) and present their research at various conferences, contests  and symposiums throughout Long Island .
