Special Events

There are some events that happen every year or every couple of years that require additional planning and support. These events are called "Special Events"

Student Organizations putting on Special Events will be asked to complete additional steps when planning their event like

• Submitting a budget proposal for their event

• Submitting an action plan for their event

These steps will need to be completed at the start of the planning process before the event is approved.
