To help you more easily find the right catering for your event, we have created a communal spreadsheet of the foods offered by various companies and their prices. If you place a catering order, please update this spreadsheet to help other organizations.
If you would like to have an outside vendor come to the University and sell food or if you would like to bring a food truck to campus, they must be approved by Campus Dining before they can come to campus. Below is a list of businesses that currently go through an expedited approval process.

Carolina Corn Roasters
Caribbean Kicker
Chirba Chirba
Cherry on Top
Copper Heads Burgers
Crepes N Creamery
Dusty Donuts
Donut NV
Get off my Queso
Hickory Tree Turkey BBQ
Jamaica Coast Catering

Zekos
If you would like to bring one of these businesses to campus, please email wfucater@wfu.edu and request permission to move forward with booking the vendor. Please include the event date, time, your organization name, the event location (the Law School), and whether or not you will be paying for food in your email. Once Dining has approved your request, you can submit an Event Request via The Link and reserve parking spots and/or a table. If you would like to know what days are open, please email orsinij@wfu.edu.
If you would like to bring one of these businesses to campus as part of a larger event (ie. there is more going on at the event than just the vendor), you can submit an Event Request before getting approval from Campus Dining. In this scenario, the event itself will be approved as normal but you cannot advertise the food until it has been approved by Campus Dining.
If you would like to bring a vendor that is not listed, they will need to go through a longer approval process with Campus Dining. Please email wfucater@wfu.edu and include the vendor’s contact information to begin this process.
Note: We recommend allowing several weeks in any of the above scenarios to work with and receive approval from Campus Dining.
When possible, it is best to use professionally prepared food to avoid your organization being liable for allergic reactions or other food-borne illnesses. If you cannot use professionally prepared food, please follow the guidelines linked below to prepare food safely. Homemade food must be individually wrapped and labeled. Labels must include a notice that the food is homemade and the ingredients.
