Bible Quizzing

ABOUT

The WFMC Bible Quizzing team is a ministry that encourages 6th through 12th-grade students to study and memorize Scripture through competition. Each year a specific portion of scripture is chosen and quizzers will study that text in weekly increments throughout the school year. The competition comes when quizzers once a month meet other students from different churches in a competitive format known as the quiz meet, in a series of 15-question quiz rounds. At the end of the year, the team travels to Quiz Finals (typically at a Free Methodist University), where they quiz against other churches from throughout the nation in a week-long tournament. 

Free Methodist Bible Quizzing uses the NIV-2011 translation of the Holy Bible. Our current season (2023-2024) is over Matthew 14-28 and 1 & 2 Thessalonians. Weekly practices are at 4:50 on Wednesdays in the basement of building B. If you are interested in joining or want more information, email the team of coaches at wfmcbq@gmail.com.
