parent advisory committee

You are invited to join your Westside Early Childhood Center Parent Action Committee (PAC)!

Parent Involvement is a vital component of a successful early childhood center. It is also a large part of the National Association for the Education of Young Children’s accreditation process. Each Westside Childhood Center will have a PAC.

This group will consist of any interested parent volunteers from the Four Year Old & Club 66 programs. This group will meet quarterly, or as scheduled, with the Site Director. The responsibilities of the PAC group will be as follows:

*provide advisory input (not setting policy)

*Assisting with fundraising efforts

*Assisting with teacher appreciation plans

*Assisting with other program family activities

(Family Activity Nights, Week of the Young Child Events, etc...)
