Cast Party

Cast Party 2023 (organized and sponsored by Alexandra Boenicke and the Boenicke Family)

Calculation was for 50 student cast members

Originally we wanted to set up in the cafeteria but moved it to the auditorium right after the last show. Tables were pulled in from the hallway. Not a lot of veggies were eaten. Kids were very thirsty after the show so make sure to provide enough cups. Confirm the delivery from Angelina's Pizza the day before. Probably order 2 more regular cheese pizzas and only one gluten free if needed.

The Cast Party is right after the 2nd show on Saturday at around 2:45 pm. Pick up should be one hour later (max).

Organizing can start 3 weeks before the show (after February break).

Organizers should gather 3-5 volunteers to set up and clean up the auditorium.

In 2023, a parent donated the food and beverage and paper goods and cake.

In 2022, parents spent $377 on food and paper goods and a cake.  They were reimbursed.
