At Westminster Public Schools, we use Personalized Learning Plans, which aligns with our purpose and vision of a Competency Based System. The district creates brief PLPs (1-2 pages), reviewed annually, that will describe the student's unique aptitudes (cognitive, achievement, and/or talent) as well as a brief narrative on how those aptitudes will continue to thrive in our system.
