The West Kingdom Authorization Reporting Form has been divided into three forms: Request for a Replacement Card, Combatant Authorizations, and Marshal Authorizations.
If your combatant authorization is incomplete (i.e., missing authorizing marshal name, authorization date) your authorization will expire on May 31st and will be removed from the database on July 1st.
If your marshal entry in the database does not have the authorizing marshal and authorization date listed, you have been removed from the database and drop-down selection on the authorization reporting form.
The West Kingdom authorization cards have been divided into separate combatant authorization cards and marshal authorization cards. Old authorization cards will become invalid later this year, exact date to be determined.
Authorization cards no longer have an expiration date; authorizations have an expiration date based on their type (additional information can be found on the authorization pages).
You must have a waiver on file to be authorized and receive an authorization card. The list of waivers on file can be found on the Waivers page.
You must have proof of membership on file to be authorized as a marshal and receive an authorization card.
