Authorizations are removed from the database for one or more of the reasons listed below:
authorization expired over one (1) month ago and we did not receive a new form with updated authorization information provided
did not submit the waiver(s) within one month of submitting a reporting form
did not submit the Proof of Membership for West Kingdom Marshal Authorizations Form within one month of submitting a reporting form
did not email indicated proof of membership to the Authorizations Team at Authorizations@westkingdom.org within one month of submitting a reporting form
If you see your authorization listed below, you do not need to resubmit a reporting form unless your Reason for Removal is Authorization Expired. For expired authorizations you must get your authorization renewed by a Senior Marshal, the Kingdom Marshal, or the Earl Marshal and report the new information through the reporting form.
