There are unlimited total registrations available.  

Adult Non-Member Registration $40. 

Adult Member Registration $30. 

Youth Registration for 17 and under is No Charge.

Registration closes Wednesday, December 24, 2025 at Noon Pacific Time. All invoices MUST be paid by Sunday, December 28, 2025 at Noon Pacific Time.

You will receive a return receipt email when submitting this form. If you are missing information, you will be contacted by the PayPal Deputy.

You may enter up to 5 people on this form. If your party is larger than that, please use a 2nd form.

You must sign in at the Gate and show proof of membership, if applicable.

Merchants: Please contact the Merchant Coordinator (argenteilin@westkingdom.org) prior to registering. She will provide you with a registration link for both the event and the merchant booth fee.

REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AT THE DISCRETION OF THE BRANCH FINANCIAL COMMITTEE. Refunds must be requested of the sponsoring branch’s exchequer and Kingdom Exchequer, no later than 12 PM Pacific Time the day before the event starts. Refunds will be processed after the event and will be minus any electronic fees.
