I forgot to submit a PayPal Pre-Pay request before the cut off date. Can I still submit one and receive an invoice?
No. Please pay by cash or check at the event.
I forgot to pay for my invoice before the cut off date. Can I still pay by card at Gate?
No. You must re-sign at Gate as if you never sent a PayPal Pre-Pay request. You will need to pay by cash or check.
I forgot to bring cash or checks. Can you send me a PayPal invoice on site?
No. PayPal invoices will not be generated on site. No exceptions.
How soon do I, as an event steward or Seneschal, need to submit a PayPal Pre-Pay request for my event?
Requests need to be submitted 90 days in advance of the date of the event. No exceptions.
I have a question about my invoice or my PayPal Pre-Pay request. Who should I talk to?
Send an email to paypal@westkingdom.org and the appropriate ePay deputy will respond. Please do not send private messages on Facebook or other Social Media about PayPal inquiries.
How do I know I registered or paid for the correct event?
The event title is on the subject line of the PayPal registration request return form email, the PayPal invoice as an item, and the memo line.
I need a refund for my PayPal Pre-Pay. How do I get a refund?
Refunds are at the discretion of the branch financial committee. Refunds are not guaranteed. An email needs to be sent to the Kingdom Exchequer (exchequer@westkingdom.org) as well as the appropriate branch Exchequer.
