Registration closes Wednesday, May 6, at Noon Pacific Time. All invoices MUST be paid by Sunday, May 10, at Noon Pacific Time or your pre-registration will be cancelled.

You will receive a return receipt email when submitting this form. If you are missing information, you will be contacted by the PayPal Deputy.

You may enter up to 5 people on this form. If your party is larger than that, please use a 2nd form.

You must sign in at the Gate and show proof of active membership, if applicable. Credit cards are NOT accepted at gate at this time.

REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AT THE DISCRETION OF THE BRANCH FINANCIAL COMMITTEE. Refunds must be requested of the sponsoring branch’s exchequer and Kingdom Exchequer, no later than Noon Pacific Time the day before the event starts.  Refunds will be processed after the event and will be minus any electronic fees.
