TFI: Current Action Plan

The Action Plan

The PBIS Team developed an action plan with the guidance of REACH MS Representative Kasey Keith Boyd.  The PBIS Team was provided a tiered fidelity inventory, TFI, action plan with guiding questions and objectives for consideration.  The results of the TFI helped the PBIS Team develop goals for implementation. 

The PBIS Team also reviewed school data to determine which specific groups needed a positive intervention.  Based on data collected from office discipline referrals, the following goals were developed:  

1. To reduce the number of office referrals in fourth grade by providing positive interventions

1. To reduce the number of office referrals in fifth grade by providing positive interventions
