Strategic Planning Council
The Strategic Planning Council consisted of District staff and Board members who met throughout the 2022-2023 school year to develop a five-year Strategic Plan. The process involved a collection of stakeholder feedback and district data regarding student learning and school processes used by council members who synthesized the feedback into goals and objectives. The administration then crafted draft goals and objectives, which were shared with the public for feedback prior to being reviewed and approved by the Board of Education at its meeting on June 27, 2023. An accompanying action plan was developed over Summer 2023. The final 2023-2028 Strategic Plan, with Year 1 action items, was approved by the Board of Education on October 17, 2023.
The Strategic Planning Council met on November 14, 2022, December 7, 2022, January 9, 2023, January 30, 2023, February 15, 2023, and March 20, 2023.
