Goals and Objectives

At its June 27, 2023 meeting, the Board of Education approved the Goals and Objectives for the 2023-2028 Strategic Plan, which reflect the following five areas of focus:  Teaching and Learning; Student and Staff Wellness; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; Community and Culture; and Finance and Facilities.

Superintendent Dr. Raymond González presented the draft goals and objectives at the June 13 Board meeting.  The draft goals/objectives also were shared with the school community for valued feedback prior to Board approval on June 27.

Work to develop specific Action Items related to each Goal/Objective continued over Summer 2023.  The final 2023-2028 Strategic Plan was approved by the Board of Education and shared with the public on October 17, 2023.
