Expectations and Attendance

Every child will receive one group lesson each week. Students are excused from class for a group lesson that is scheduled on a rotating basis throughout the day.

• Lessons are held from 9:05am-3:05pm

• Instrument and method book should be assembled (once instructed) and present at every lesson (all supplied by Elefante Music)

Students must practice daily. Students have weekly assignments and are assessed at their lesson.  Recommended practice time is 10-20 minutes every day. Students will perform and demonstrate their skills with their instrument individually and with their peers on a given song/exercise and receive feedback and guidance to assist their progress.

All children are capable of enjoying a successful instrumental music experience with a little support. Spend 5-10 minutes a night helping your child create a practice routine to develop good habits and a successful experience with their respective instrument!
