Research Investigation

Students will engage in an inquiry driven research process that relates to their senior project topic. Their research will be conducted through a deep investigation of a topic of their choosing, setting context for why this topic has meaning and value, documenting a literary analysis of research, and providing a synthesis and conclusion of the body of research. The Senior Research Investigation (SRI) will be read by teachers whose discipline relates to their topic and students will receive content specific feedback to help improve and challenge their thinking and writing, resulting in a revision process, final submission, and proficiency determination with their ELA teacher.
