What is Canvas?
Canvas is the Learning Management System for West Allegheny School District. A learning management system, (or LMS), is a software-based platform that provides a framework and tools to facilitate learning both inside and outside of the school building.
Canvas bundles assessments, grading, state standards, messaging, learning data, and more—while keeping everything simple, easy, and in one place.
How do I log in?
As a staff member, Canvas utilizes your West Allegheny credentials to log in using a specialized link.
Please note: If you are logging in as a parent or a student, these credentials are independent from your @westasd.org credentials.
